I think it depends on your light. Both need relatively high light to be fluffy . I think Myrio will grow and survive in lower light than Cabomba. Cabomba needs high light.

If this is for your 10g tank, I think Myrio would be a better choice. You need alot higher light to grow the same plants in a smaller tank, than in a larger one. So you would be looking at well over 4wpg to grow Cabomba successfully.

I have Myrio growing in 2.4wpg in a 55g. It isn't especially fluffy and nice looking, but it looks alright. And its growing.
