You can also get SAE or Florida Flagfish, they both eat it. |

It's a pain to remove it manually, and you should get new growth fairly quickly. |

True Siamese Algae eaters will eat it, as will Florida flagfish (so I've read and been told). However, SAE's grow to 5-6 inches and are quite active, and Florida Flagfish can be aggressive to slower moving fish, or to other bottom dwellers. You may just have to up CO2 and prune what's there, and stick with that method. |
