I'm having some trouble identifying this superb plant that has lived in my tank for about 8 years and have managed to take clippings from on numerous occasions. It has just started to flower for the first time and I'm intrigued to know what it is...just out of interest really!

Any suggestions grateful! (Also if you know what the fish in the picture is that would be nice too!)

by very nutritioned i mean that the fish has a nice colour... some fish will tend to lose their colour if they are not getting the proper nutrients.

Excellent, that looks like the baby!
Interesting to see that my algae troubles on the leaves is because it needs a shady area, thing is it is the largest plant in the tank and provides shade for everything else!
Oh well I'll have to just get my Hillstream Loaches to work on that algae as the solution.
Thanks again.
