I want to order some online, and not sure what are the best websites. I've found some sites, I just want to know if anyone has had a good experience with a particular site. Also, as I was looking on some sites, they asked for what type of shipping. Would two or three day be ok? Or should I try for something faster?

i've used aquariumplants.com with a lot of success. it's not the most fancy website, but they have pretty good prices and they'll ship it to you as fast as you want. when i ordered from them i got more than i expected of each type of plant (in other words, ordered 10 vals and got in the 15-20 range). right now they're having sales on bunched plants and crypts. fairly good selection. ive also heard good things about azgardens.com, but ive never used them. aquabotanic.com is another that comes to mind, but no experience with that one either.

as for shipping, two days should be fine. any place that ships them will package them so that they'll be moist for a few days. three days might be pushing it, but should be fine as well. just don't do UPS ground if you're ordering from across the country

I was given the option of a refund for the cost of those plants or a second shipment. I chose the latter and received the missing plants along with three bonus plants. I think they have good prices and quality plants. They are located in FL and ship plants Priority Mail for a $10 flat rate; Express is also offered for 1-2 day delivery. They have no minumum order.

Another site I've heard good comments about is [link=Arizona Aquatic Gardens]http://www.azgardens.com/index.php" style="COLOR: #FFFFC0[/link]. They do have a $35 minimum order though, a $5 box fee and ship FedEx.

I used aquabid once or twice for plants. It worked out quite well, plus, you get them for a [generally] cheaper fee.
