I recently added Co2 to my 46gallon tank.
I have only minimal Co2 via the Hagen system that is supposel for tanks up to 20gallons.

I did notice after a few weeks of using the system, my Wisteria are pearling abit. What I'm surprised about is the Wisteria that I see pearling is about a 5 inch top section I cut off a bigger plant about 2 weeks ago. The tank also his Hygrophila (both green and Pink/Green variety) I guess I expected some of the full size plants to pearl not the cut-off top of my wistera. I'm kinda new to this, but am I missing something.

The tank is 46gallons, co2 Hagen, eco-complete, cf 96watt 6700k.

I found out that you can't really tell which plant will pearl, I guess it has something to do with the light intensity, but some plants produce bubbles more than others. Java fern is known to produce a lot of bubbles, although it is a slow grower. In my tank the glossostigma produces the most bubbles, which surprised me as it's the furthest plant from the fluorescent tubes...

I'm definitely getting pearling from several plants with just the Hagen system on my 46 gallon.

My Sagittara and Wisteria are pearling in multiple areas.
I'm kinda surpirsed because I know my co2 levels are below 10ppm.
