20 here...

There is only one problem with the quiz... It's too revulotionary. I mean, lots of people still believe that excess of phosphate causes algae, he certainly doesn't (and I agree). And how many have actually overdosed potassium to know that it's possible to overdose it and know what it looks like? I know two such people, god bless them both.

By the way, if I'm not mistaken I've read some stuff this guy wrote on a forum, and he's clearly a "new age" guy, meaning he uses the EI method. In any case, although I guess a lot of people will disagree with his answers, I think he knows what he's talking about.

Questions 5 is wrong, 27 is also dead wrong and I have even proven this to not true as have the winner of the AGA contest(Erik Leung), 6 is very debatable, 12 cannot possible be correct(all answers are wrong but there are a few bacteria that will pass through intitially, but not after a few minutes/hours, diatoms are around 1 micron, and after a few minuites, hours is reduced to less than this due to clogging at 0.45 microns all the bacteria are removed and this is what is used for water filters for backpacking etc), 13 has a few answers and no clear one.
a few others are questionable.

You do not want my quiz:-)
It's much worse.
No multiple choice either.
But I provide the questions ahead of time and folks can go a search for the answers.

1.What is "nyctigamous behavorior" in aquatic plants?
2.What genus might you find "adaxial" stomates?
3.What plant/s possess "indirect" bicarbonate use?
4.What is the maxiumum lighting saturation for most aquatic plants in micromoles/m^2/sec?
5. Why is Chara an "alga" and why is Riccia a "plant"

Tom Barr

Agree with Tom regarding the diatom filter question. I knew what answer they were looking for so I got it right, but I know that, if run long enough, bacteria will eventually be caught in a diatom filter. Keep in mind here, this is just a playful test...

8/27. Oh man, just when i thought I knew everything, just kidding. I do agree that those photos were a little bad. Some of those questions could be based on a matter of opinion or what does best in your aquarium.
