Mine are about 2 1/2 inches and they still eat away at it, until feeding time.

well this is what the tank looks like today, the brush magic definately isnt a one stop solution . but it has helped , while i was doing the treatment BBA was coming off and clogging the overflows on my tank, so some of it definately was dieing. there is less BBA on the plants and it isnt as well attached to the walls of the tank as before. i am now going to try more SAE and some mollies and see how that goes.

cheers dan

Definetly looking better. I have the same problem when the BBA in my tank dies, it cloggs the filter intakes. Keep us posted. How are your MTS?

I had a problem with BBA in one of my tanks and I couldn't stop it either. I scrubbed it all down, and I clipped all the plants and added a single SAE and it isn't coming back. Everything else in the tank is doing better. I added some of the plants with BBA to my tank with molly in it and they didn't touch it, I was actually disappointed. I think that my problem is I may be over feeding.. well my daughter may be over feeding. She is in charge of feeding her tank its a condition of getting a dog. But since i got rid of it and added a scoop for her to use it has not returned.

I plan on changing the substrate in my tank hopefully in a couple of weeks. So, I plan on gathering up some MTS cause I want to keep some. I think they are benaficial and not at all a pest. If the bba comes back I will have to try the azoo brush magic. Hopefully I can use it with Kuhli loaches, as I have 5 very healthy ones.
