Each bulb, however, is about 20-22" long. This leaves a small gap where there is no bulb. My question is this: does this small gap cause a lack of performance at all? |

This is A LOT of light that might not be used by your plants depending on what kind of plants you have, and whether or not you are going to be heavily dosing CO2 and other ferts.
