I ordered plants from Florida Driftwood about a month ago, and am very pleased with the plants I received. I have a water clover, which produces small clover leaves once planted and the larger leaves have been cut back.

Silly me, I planted this behind my driftwood, and cannot see the cute four-leafed clovers too easily. Does anyone know if I can safely move this to a spot in front of the driftwood, or will it "melt" like crypts?

I´m not familiar with water clovers but to my experience very few plants have problem with beeing moved.
I´ve never even managed to melt a crypt!

It might need some time to anchor itself and establish in the new location before it starts growing again but i wouldn´t worry about it taking any real damage.

Sounds like a nice plant by the way, you wouldn´t happen to have a scietific name would yuo?

So here I am once more...

Marsilea quadrifolia is the scientific name, and it apparantly is a hardy plant. It tolerates low-med light levels and grows 1-2" tall. When I received the plant, it was practically 10" tall, as Florida Driftwood grows it emerged (they grow it themselves), and they tell you to cut it back once planted. Right now, I just have one little bunch of it, but I believe it spreads as a ground cover. The picture that Florida Driftwood has on their site shows it as a carpet... absolutely beautiful.
