It will slowly kill them. Using it at half dose for 2 weeks didn't kill them off but they lost alot of leaves. It probably would kill more sensitive plants and using it at full dose or any longer would definitely kill a few off.

I don’t know the details of this product, but I would assume it works like Quick Cure.

If so (would anybody please verify this?), and if your Ich (I assume that’s why you use it) outbreak is not too bad yet, I would suggest that you use it only every other day for 2 weeks straight. On days between usages, perform a 20% water change.

If you have sensitive tetras (i.e. Neons), reduce the dose to a 1/4 of the suggested dosage for normal, unplanted tanks. Otherwise, use 1/2 the dosage.
