I'm just got started using PMDD(sorta) and the results was amazing. BUT...I havent found trace mix anywhere so the ingredient was incomplete leaving out the micronutrients. So The Potasium, Nitrate, is smooth and plants are pearling quite a bit. I am using flourite as a substrate,is it neccessary to add micro Nutrients?

Absolutely. They are vital, it's just a smaller quantity is needed.A severe shortage of one could stall plant growth and reduce the uptake of the PMDD.

A decent liquid fert can be dosed, Flourish,Tropica Master
Grow, Tetra Florapride etc will do a fine job.

Maybe you should consider adding some phosphate too to keep levels about 1ppm. The old PMDD theory has been somehat "dis-proved" in recent years. You'll find an extra kick of PO4 will really take things off.

But get the micros in place first.

I assume your adding Co2?
