	Substrate Fertilisers - what do you recommend

Can anyone in "oz", specifically Western Australia, recommend which brand to use, or what you have had success with. Thank you in advance - crusha. Those who say they cant, Never will !!!

upikabu Fish Addict Posts: 591 Kudos: 393 Votes: 44 Registered: 08-Jun-2005	I've used the Aquasonic (Aussie-made) and Flourish tabs. They both work fine although I prefer the Flourish tabs. Aquasonic is quite a bit cheaper, but you'd have to use it more frequently as it loses effectiveness rather quickly (the instructions say to add weekly). Flourish tabs last for about 3 months. Also the Aquasonic tab distintegrates into a white powdery gunk so it can cause a mess during gravel vacs. HTH! -P
