Take however many watts of light you have and divide by however many gallons it's over

Watts per gallons.

Only works for floro though .

Also, you shouldn't strictly base what plants you can grow by watts per gallon. Bigger tanks usually require less wpg.

For example, 170 watts on a 90 gallon tank seems to be only 1.8 wpg but, in reality, 170 watts is A LOT of light for any tank. And vise versa - 20 watts may seem like a lot on a 5 gallon tank but it really isn't TOO extreme.

Just something to keep in mind.

It should be fine. It will allow you to grow small lower-level plants, which often have a difficult time growing in large, deep tanks.

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

You have more than enough light for a 75, you should be set to grow almost anything once you add CO2 and ferts. You can add the CO2 whenever you want, just keep in mind that the plants will grow slower without. That can be good, can also be bad depending on your preference.
