Tanks with more than 2wpg (watts per gallon) of light often have CO2 running to help the plants use more of the light rather than allow the algae to use it. Really don't think it's worth the bother on a 6gal though. The plants would grow out of the tank every couple of days ![]() Supplementing C02 is really to push growth, you don't need or want to be pushing growth in such a small tank, if anything you want to be thinking about plants that DON'T get too big or grow too fast. Remember that age and treachery will always triumph over youth and ability. |
