is this possible? couple days ago i checked, and the pressure was around 700+, and today i looked, its at 300, i have only had the tank for a little over a month, i just went and got the tank filled, and when i get home (at work right now) i will check for leaks, but other then that, whats going on?

i noticed when i took the regulator off, the output gauge was kinda funny, it stayed at 40psi until i turned the nob all the way, then it released all the gas and went back down to 0, is that something i should be worried about??

could this be because of the solenoid?? i turn it off at night

no leaks, its at about 1200 psi right now, so i guess i'll keep close eye on the tank the next couple days.

what do you mean about your regulator?? most regulators will continue to release co2 for an hour or more after you turn the tank off

so my regulator contains some gas after detached from the tank??

i think things are ok now, i'll check on the tank more often now, and see what happens next month. if same thing repeats then i will need to get a new regulator.

well, once you take it off the tank it should depressurize itself and no longer contain co2. but if you turn the tank off and leave the regulator attached, there should be about an hour's worth of co2 left to release.

yeah i turned the tank off first, then dettached it, but i had to turn the nob all the way up to release the remaining gas trapped in the regulator. i dont know if that made any sense...

basically i think my output gauge or the nob is kinda funny. when i turn the nob, the gauge wont move until i turn the nob by a few revolutions then the gauge needle suddenyl jumps a lot, then if i reverse the nob, the needle wont move again till i turn the nob really loose, then it jumps back to a low pressure...
