Jungle Val - Not difficult but will quickly outgrow a 20G
Microsword - most people fail with it.
Ozelot Sword - Not too difficult, but again might get big for a 20g
Dwarf HAirgrass- should be fine
Riccia - not so much difficult as a monumental pain in the , not worth the trouble IMO. It's a floating plant, and is only used as a grass if held down, but as soon as it grows it will want to float again,if you don't keep it trimmed severly the bottom rots due to lack of light and off it goes floating again. This one will keep you mighty busy.

If you can find dwarf amazon swords I'd recommend those. In a short tank they can be used as mid/foreground plants because they only grow 2-4 inches I think. With the lighting you have, they should grow pretty well.

1. jungle vals- Very easy plant, grows really long leaves that will cover the surface of the tank, i like the effect though.
2 microsword- Difficult, but not impossible, needs a lot of iron, and light, and it's really a slow grower, so many think they are not doing good with it. Grows better with addition of CO2.
3. ozelot sword- Difficult if you are a beguinner, needs lot's of iron too, and a lot of light, otherwise it will loose it's spots.
4. dwarf hairgrass- i think is easy - Really easy plant, if you have good lighting it will cover the substrate really fast.
5. riccia grass- as mentioned before it's actually a floating plant, our good friend Amano was the first one to use it as a "carpet" it will grow towards the surface, so you can end up with a lot of single stems, needs a lot of light, and a lot of trimming, i agree, it's not worth the trouble, there are smaller and easier plants like Pearlweed (Hemianthus micranthemoides) or Dwarf Helzine (Memianthus callitrichoides) or Helzine (Micranthemum umbrosum).
