Ozelot Sword - Not too difficult, but again might get big for a 20g Dwarf HAirgrass- should be fine Riccia - not so much difficult as a monumental pain in the ![]() Remember that age and treachery will always triumph over youth and ability. |

In a short tank they can be used as mid/foreground plants because they only grow 2-4 inches I think. With the lighting you have, they should grow pretty well. Grows better with addition of CO2. 3. ozelot sword- Difficult if you are a beguinner, needs lot's of iron too, and a lot of light, otherwise it will loose it's spots. 4. dwarf hairgrass- i think is easy - Really easy plant, if you have good lighting it will cover the substrate really fast. 5. riccia grass- as mentioned before it's actually a floating plant, our good friend Amano was the first one to use it as a "carpet" it will grow towards the surface, so you can end up with a lot of single stems, needs a lot of light, and a lot of trimming, i agree, it's not worth the trouble, there are smaller and easier plants like Pearlweed (Hemianthus micranthemoides) or Dwarf Helzine (Memianthus callitrichoides) or Helzine (Micranthemum umbrosum). |
