Yes, Anubias do flower submersed. They grow so slowly I don't think they even realise they are underwater !

If you are lucky and patient crypts will also flower underwater (they need about a year to get acclimatised though).

My large anibus already has a flower, but my dwalf anibus' flower havent opened yet. But, they surely flower nicely.
