i just got my CO2 regulator set today, hooked up everything and let the output be around 1 bubble per second, but it seems like when i leave it at 1 bubble per second, after hours it gets really slow, like maybe 1 bubble every 3 seconds or so, and the output gauge drops itself from where i set it (2 kg/cm) to eventually 0, what is wrong? do i have a leak??

probably..or probably not...to check for leaks...do a soapy bubbles around the regulator..and look for bubbles...if u see any...re-screw it or otherwise..put a thread seal tape around and redo it.

Sounds like a finicky needle valve. Had the same problem before. The needle valve was so sensitive the smallest movement made a huge difference to the rate. Seemed like I'd set it where I wanted it (fiddly) and it would kind of move slowly backwards after a few hours.

What I did was - if I wanted it at say 2 bps I set it at 5 bps. It would gradually driftback again until it settled at the 2 bps rate and stayed there. This took some doing though, sometimes it would not drop enough some times too much. Once it's set learn to never touch it again

so its the needle valve not the main valve? cuz the output pressure also goes down, not just the bubble count. i guess i'll take a look at it later when i get off work

Could be the same theory - the output valve on the regulator being oversensitive adn slipping back.
