i have a bowl of plants which some might be dead, the water is brown and there is no filter. no water movement, is there life like infousia in there. can i use te water in feeding my baby bettas.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but you could use the water or just the plants to provide infusoria for your fry. My reading on breeding (ba-dum-bum!) also states that dried up aquatic plants will work fine for cultivating infusoria as well. It sounds like you have quite a few options there.
