I wouldnt put an "albino cory or two" in that tank for 3 reasons:
First reason, with the tetras and the rams, that tank is more than fully stocked. if they are Bolivian Rams, even more so.
Second reason: Rams are bottom feeders, and will require the food the corys will want.
Third Reason: Corys should be kept in a group of at least 4, and Aenus Corydoras grow too large too keep in a group of 4 or more (preferably 6) in a tank that small.
Now, as for plants YES i have some ideas for you!
Foreground Plants
-----
Microsword (3wpg minimum)
Glosso (same as above)
Hairgrass (less than above, easier)
Cryptocorne Wendtii, or similar
Banana Plant (both this and crypts very easy low light)
-----
Midground Plants
Vallisneria Corkscrew
Anubias Nana
Anubias Coffeefolia
----
Background Plants
Bacopa Carolinia
Hygrophilia Difformis
Jungle (americana) Vallisneria
Anubias (many types)
Hygro Difformis

Hope this helps you!
Good Luck

How much light do you have in the tank?

Anubias is a very easy plant to take care of, and tolerates about any light condition. Java fern is another easy plant that does well in any light. Both are rhyzome plants, and must be tied to rick or driftwood so they can get the nutrients out of the water.

If this is your first time with plants, crypts do well in almost any light, and are prety easy to take care of. They just don't like to be moved, as they will go through "crypt melt."

That's about medium light for a 10g. Anubias will do perfectly fine. So will most of the plants that Pete mentioned, except the ones noted as 3 wpg. I'd stay away from the Jungle Vals, as they will get too tall for a 10g and take up a lot of the tank. Other than that, you're pretty good to go with lots of choices.

Check this site out... http://www.plantgeek.net/plantguide.php]http://www.plantgeek.net/plantguide.php[/link] to see more choices you may have. This is a good place to get accustomed to plants, as you can search and browse by light requirements, tank placement, and more. You can also try sites like [link=aquaticplantdepot.com]http://www.aquaticplantdepot.com[/link] and [link=aquabotanic.com to get an idea of what's readily available.

Hope that gets you off on the right foot, but don't be afraid to ask for more advice!!!
