I have had a problem with my plants for a while now and the only thing i can bring it down to would be sunlight(it doesn't get sun light where it is. I have a 49G with 80w(one power glo and one aqua glow) going in to the tank, the tank has good water levels.

Nitrite = 0
ammonia = 0
Ph = 7.0
Nitrate= 0

I have tried liquid fertz and tried tablets. I didn't do a water change for 2 weeks to try and get my nitrates up but then my BN got pop eye (prob from the unclean gravel). I have a java fern plant and i got some java moss. That was nice and green when i got it, but now its brown and lost its colour 1 month later. I have tried changing the light hours ranging from 7-12 hrs still have had no luck. Can anyone make suggestions ?

That should be enough light for the plants you listed. I would pick up some potassium nitrate and bring your nitrates up to 5-10 ppm.
