Most snails eat plants there are a few exceptions and some are beneficial eating enough to keep plants in check. 2.What is the wattage on your light this will help in plant choices. 3. What is your substrate. 4. Yes fish are benifical to plants as they release nitrates the plants use for food however you can add nitrate to the tank 5.Plant size depends entirely on plant species, lighting and tank size (also fish that may eat it). 6.
