The small Vals are about 3-4cm in height and l can see their root forming. When should l cut the link from the mother Val and where? The plants have been in the tank for 4 weeks now. Cheers Wayne |

If you just want to let your plants grow then there is no need to cut them at all. If you wish to cut them anyways (selling or replanting them) then 4 inches (to be on the safe side) are for sure tall enough, 2 inches might work already as well. Ingo EDIT: Where should you cut?
