new corals? | |
chipz Fingerling Posts: 15 Kudos: 12 Votes: 0 Registered: 31-Mar-2005 | I've been exiled from my beloved reef tank thanks to college, but my parents are doing an excellent job taking care of it (they went to MACNA without me!!! <img src='/images/forums/puppy.gif' border=0> and now they want to get some new corals when I'm home for my winter break. I seem to recall that it is either soft corals or LPS, but not both and I just wanted to check and make sure that that's right. Also would it be bad to get a lot of corals at once? Thanks. |

nano reefer Fish Addict Posts: 716 Kudos: 570 Votes: 3 Registered: 29-Feb-2004 | yeah i dont see why not ! if its lps then remember alot of them are quite secitive soft corals wont eat up your calcuim levels but SPS coral will def! you can add as meny corals as you like ( just about) as corals will not efect your bioload.
