One of my black neons has a faded black stripe. It kinda just stays to himself. Could this be from lack of food? I'm worried about all my black neons getting food because my danios always beat them to it.

How many black neons do you have, what size tank do you have, and what other fish are in it? It could be that you may not have enough black neons to make their schooling instinct kick in. Also, if you are worried about the danios stealing all the food, try to put some food where the tetras will see it first.

It's 32 gallon. I have 6 black neons, 6 danios, 6 cories. No matter where i put food the danios will always get it. Even the sinking tablets for the cories! I've seen one of the danios pick up the whole tablet and carry it off somewhere else! These guys are crazy!

Is there any way you can distract the danios with other food, maybe one of the pellets you mentioned? My lemon tetras seem to like those pellets as well, but they have a short attention span.

How often do you feed your fish? You might be able to just feed more at one time, so that the tetras are guaranteed to get some, and only feed once a day.

I usually feed my fish twice a day as much as they can eat in 2 minutes. I feed my cories every other day, once daily. The tetras do get some food, but it very limited. Well I could try distracting the danios with a tablet and then feeding the tetras.

Well, as long as the tetras get some food every day, there isn't too much to worry about. They have small stomachs, and they don't need to eat as much as other fish. Don't worry too much, if they're hungry, they'll be much more active in getting after food.

Some of the tetras get food, others do not. I am concerned tho about the black stripe fading on one of the tetras.

Well, I have cories, danios, and black neons in my big tank. What I do is scooop up a small cup of water. I crush up flakes and shrimp pellets, put them in the cup of water and let it sit for a couple minutes. I them dump in a little bit on one side of the tank. This usually attracts all my surface fish, I then dump the rest on the other side of the tank. All my fish eat, but by the bulges in their stomachs, the danios still get the most. I used to worry about my danios gluttony, but with 3 of my zebras danios approaching 2 years old I've stopped worrying. I mean, if there was a negative reaction to danios gluttony, I don't think the 3 of them would of lasted this long.
