You could add a dwarf gourami. They add lots of color, and go well in community tanks. Your tank is not fully stocked yet, but the more breathing room you have, the better.

MAYBE go with a dwarf gourami, nothing larger. your tank's CLOSE to stocked, so that's all I'd do...

Be careful with neon tetras, they are pretty inbred, which means they do have health problems. They're susceptible to many diseases, not the mention the oft argued about 'neon tetra disease.'
