	Glow light tetra question
zeketaz Hobbyist Posts: 114 Kudos: 78 Votes: 1 Registered: 18-May-2009	I got 6 glow light tetras almost 2 weeks ago. They're all doing great, but I have one that tends to be a loaner and stay away from the group. Today after I fed them I noticed one of them was missing the fin on his back. I didn't notice if it was that way when I got him or not and I think he may be my hider. Is there a disease I should watch for or might he be fine the way he is?

Any signs of fungas? If theres fungas, or its been chewed off, good water quality will be the best treatment. If its not there, it will be a birth defect/deformaty and will always stay that way.

zeketaz Hobbyist Posts: 114 Kudos: 78 Votes: 1 Registered: 18-May-2009	I think it was chewed off i'll have to look again when he comes out of hiding. It looked fine when I saw him earlier. Now I have 2 tetras hiding and 4 that are in a tight group. Looks to be 2 males and 2 females.
