I have one of each (99% sure the glowlight's F, neon's M), and they're always hanging out together. Maybe they're just buddies, but I was just curious. |

Most tetras like to be in large numbers, although they don't always school together. Your two are probably looking for some friends. If you have the space, they'll be better off in schools of 6 or more of each species. Good luck with them! ![]() |

I do however have one green flame tetra that regularly schools with 4 bloodfin tetras. They are of similar size, body shape and coloration and I think the green flame is a little lonely or confused. ![]() |
