These tetras tend to be nippy, so I wouldn't keep them with angels. There are many more choices for tetras. They are, however, hardy and good beginner fish.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

Don't keep Red Eye with Angels. Red Eye need to be in a group & are fin nippers. Your Angel wouldn't be happy with them.

As for Neons & Angels, i wouldn't do it, as the Angels will eat the Neons, or at least try to.

My fully grown Angel ate 2 Rummynose Tetra & Rummies are bigger than Neons.

Redeyes ... are we talking about Moenkhausia oligolepis or Moenkhausia sanctae-filomenae? Only I've seen BOTH called Redeyes. And BOTH species are likely to be nippy. Wouldn't put them in with Angels or Bettas
