Their eggs should be plastered to the sides/corners of the tank. If it is a planted tank, they may be plastered to broad leafed plants too. For your tetras, their eggs would be sitting at the bottom of the tanks (among the gravel). They are open spawners. However i highly doubt it is them because they rarely spawn in community tanks. Moreover their eggs would probably be eaten by the cories as they are comparatively smaller. Do reply with more details. |

raindream![]() Fingerling Posts: 37 Kudos: 20 Votes: 0 Registered: 02-Aug-2004 ![]() ![]() | The eggs are all over the tank, on the bottom of the gravel, they haven't been laid anywhere in paticular, just spread out, it is a planted tank. I have taken all the fish out of the tank to see what happens,and put them in a larger tank that I just got. The egss trippled in size and have changed colour a little to more of a creamy colour....the centre part is the bit that has grown...I am excited to see what happens with these eggs...and what they are.. |
