I would put in a school of ten Rummynose Tetras (since they school incredibly well) and a school of ten Cardinal Tetras (tinier than Neons, but more appealing in my opinion) ![]() PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread. |

I have a lot of cryptocoryne plants in my tank and the tetras are alays dashing madly in and out of their leaves, fun to watch. you want black phantom tetras. They're pretty AND comical. |

BUt only if you have algae. If you don't don't put them in there because they are reluctant imo to take algae flakes or the like. |

froo![]() Fingerling Posts: 48 Kudos: 40 Votes: 0 Registered: 13-Jul-2004 ![]() | sorry iltat, I didn't mean it in an offensive way, i and my friends use the word "lies!" as a kind of joky reprimand....but then I guess the tone of voice doesn't come across when it's being typed. im really sorry. Have you really had cardinals smaller than neons though? Everything I've read suggests cardinals are 2" and neons 1". But then I've never kept cardinals so I wouldn't know....not trying to pick a fight, just intrigued to know what the truth is ![]() |
