First of all, he shouldn't have gotten the new ones if he couldn't keep them. Secondly, the tetras you already have would probably appreciate more of their own kind, instead of more newcomers. Third, Congo tetras get very large for tetras, so I wouldn't go dumping those pristellas in. Basically, I suggest adding three more emperor tetras. All tetras are schooling, and do best in groups of six or more. Due to the large size of congos, I wouldn't add any more of those. The one you have will just have to either hang out by themselves, or school with the emperors. |
