Angel fish chokes? | |
mews Hobbyist Posts: 75 Kudos: 33 Votes: 1 Registered: 25-Apr-2007 | Can fish choke? I have no other explanation. My wife just called and my daughters tank (well established and settled)((thats the tank not the daughter ) said one of her angel fish has died. Nothing else in the tank looks out of order, no previous signs of problems. She said it was fine this morning. The only thing I can think of is they fed it a small moth larvae grub they found. First fish I've lost in ages My 5footer http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2379/2242540621_1a81dcb3c8.jpg |

(trying not to sound horribly morbid) I usually just behead the larvae before feeding. Just a passing thought. J. |

It was one of those moths that invade the kitchen pantry and your cereal box. We were having a sudden plague of them and I thought it might be a good treat for them. They'd had a few over the last few days. Oh well just one of those things. Thanks for the ideas and thougths My 5footer http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2379/2242540621_1a81dcb3c8.jpg |
