BN's don't like copper ba If you're going to try anything, i'd suggest Tri-Sulfur. It's got very strong anti-bacteria/anti-fungus properties, and is safe for use with fish like BN's and loaches (scaleless). Only ever try one course of medication at a time. If you want to try the primafix (which is safe with melafix), then you will need to do a 40% minimum water change for 2 days to 'flush' the old meds out of the tank. Then start treating with the primafix. I honestly think you'd be better off hitting it straight with the tri-sulfur which is much more potent than primafix or melafix. |
