digiclear![]() ![]() Fingerling Posts: 44 Kudos: 33 Votes: 0 Registered: 29-Feb-2004 ![]() ![]() | I have a Cochu's blue tetra, where under the dorsal fin and just above pelvice fin, there are these pinkish/human skin colour things growing does anyone know what they are. They don't seem to be getting bigger. They have been there for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I have move it to a hosptial tank, did a 50% water change, so i dont know what levels are untill tonight. Have put in melafix just in case its bacterial thing. Can anyone suggest anything or what it is. I am think maybe a cancer thing, but i dont know much about fishies. |

Nothing can be done except by a Vet who would treat with potassium iodide. Many times the growths enlarge a little and, after a period of time, just go away. --garyroland. |
