Can you please answer these questions:
What size is your tank?
Do you know the water parameters?
When was the last time you did a water change?
How long have you been cycling?

When cycling, ammonia and nitrite build up, two things that are deadly to your fish. Also, goldfish produce tons of waste.

It would be a good idea to do a waterchange to help the fish out.

No, I dont know what my water conditions are because I can't find any water test kits around here so sometime today or tommorow im going to pick one up at the LFS, Walmart doesnt have any :/
Hmm, I did a FULL water replacement about 3 days ago
Ive been cycling for a couple of days.
Ive also noticed that one of the goldfish fin isn't expanded while he swim and he is having a hard time moving about.

Your tank is way to small for those goldfish, as the rule is 10gal per goldfish, as they are big waste producers and they grow big, you have to have the best filter out there for them, I suggest you take them back to where you got them from, or ask a friend with a pond if they would take them,if you keep those fish in that small of a tank they won't live long.

What you described is clamped fins, a sign that something is wrong. The goldfish are being poisoned with ammonia. Take them back to the store ASAP. After you take them back, do a full waterchange. To cycle your 10 gallon, just get a few (2 or 3) zebra danios, platies, cherry barbs, or some small, hardy species.

yep -it's very. very easy (unless you live in the UK )

1. go to store. Buy UNSCENTED ammonia - make sure it is pure with no additives, economy brands are normally purer.

2. set tank up

3. add ammonia at rate of 5ml per 10g per day

4. continue until nitrite peaks and nitrate begins to rise

5. reduce dosage to 2-3 ml/ per 10g/ per day

6. continue until nitrite falls and nitrate rises

7. do 20% water change and add fish, about 1/2 of your total proposed stocking limit.

caveats - always use a fresh, unopened bottle of ammonia, as it will be stronger than an opened bottle. Also, ensure that the water will not be swallowed by children (the same goes, obviously, for the ammonia itself). Do NOT use dechlorinators like Amquel, or any product which claims to remove ammonia.

The whole process will take between 2-3 weeks.

I like to think that whoever designed marine life was thinking of it as basically an entertainment medium. That would explain some of the things down there, some of the unearthly biological contraptions

that's ever. Dont use them unless it is a dire emergency! They strip the bacteria of food, and then they die.
