Gold Severum "Cysts" or Bubbles on Tail - help Please | |
whatder Small Fry Posts: 1 Kudos: 1 Votes: 0 Registered: 02-Jan-2010 | Hi, I probably should have acgted sooner, but I noticed several bumps/white spots/cysts/bubbles on my Gold Severum's tail fin. They appear to dominate one side of the tail though appear visible on the other side. I am not sure what this is, but it does not seem to afflict any of my other fish. The Severum is about 8-9 inches long. Additionally, I have a clown loach, New Guinea Rainbows, 5 small tetras, 5 small barbs, two medium sized (6 inch) cat fish, a bristle nose pleco, an african butterfly, and some other assorted fish. This is a rather large tank - 125 gallons with an eheim ProII cannister filter as well as a sump. Everyone else looks good. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks! |
