	Gourami Problems
NMK Small Fry Posts: 1 Kudos: 1 Votes: 0 Registered: 10-Nov-2005	Hi, whenever i have gouramis they will servive for a fer months then start to get very weak and just hang around the surface of my tank, they can be like this for a few weeks but they still feed normally... they become very pale and there scales start to look very rough and some are missing. also my gouramis are the only fish that get sick as all my other fish are always healthy. Can someone please tell me whats going on as i would love my gouramis to survive. Cheers Nathan

It sounds to me like the gouramis are getting bullied by another fish, but there's no telling for sure unless you give us more information about the tank. I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

longhairedgit Fish Guru Lord of the Beasts Posts: 2502 Kudos: 1778 Votes: 29 Registered: 21-Aug-2005	Sounds like bacterial or parasite infection to me, more tank details please- size, stocking , water perameters etc. The causes of this could literally be legion, we'll need to nail it down, give us the details dude.
