I think my cleaner goby has ich. He/she has white spots ONLY on its fins and near the eyes. But mysteriously so where else. This is in my quarentine tank and the cleaner is in with a tomato clown. Which has no white spots on it what so ever. Is this marine ich and if you cant tell give me the symptoms of marine ich. Thanx!

Note: Also i have noticed the fish's "butt" end seems to sink when ever it isnt flaping its and fin. Is this a case of a deflated swim bladder or just lazyness?
