annemun Small Fry Posts: 1 Kudos: 1 Votes: 0 Registered: 02-Aug-2007 | We just lost a betta to fungus, so I sanitized his tank & equipment but neglected to do that with the 2 nets we use. We have another 37-gal community tank and yesterday found a serpae tetra with a white cottony-looking spot on one side of his head. We put him in the QT tank, then today found 2 red wags with white places beginning on their fins. Have I transferred the fungus to the large tank via the nets? Should I quarantine them too or try to treat the whole tank? So far the other fish look fine. We have neons, gouramis, white clouds, glofish, & red wags, a shrimp & 2 tiny crabs. Water tested OK, changed 50% day before yesterday. Tank is heavily planted also. Please help with advice, we're at a loss now which way to go, just don't want to loose anymore fish. Thanks very much for your help. |

All you need to know should be here. http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/d100011.htm Hope that helps! Good luck. |
