	Please HELP!! My Goldfish is sick!

I did a silly thing and put him in a tropical tank with nice fishes until I got another tank for him. He was in too long. He is in a normal tank now, but his scales were going black in the tropical tank. I was wondering if his scales would get better and if his tail would grow back...if so, when?
