bkaryn Fingerling Posts: 46 Kudos: 17 Votes: 0 Registered: 18-Jul-2003 | Hi there. I have a gold gourami that has developed a red growth on its pectoral fin. It appeared after a heater failure in my tank and is now growing. Bright red in colour. Looks externally attached. All other tank mates appear unaffected. 55g tank, gravel substrate with rocks. Not live planted. 27-28oC. Ammonia 0ppm, nitrites 0ppm, nitrates 40ppm (eater change due tomorrow). pH 7.2. KH and GH unknown, but will test tomorrow and update post. One gourami, 8 rummynose tetras, 3 black widow tetras and 1 bristlenose pleco. Picture attached, but a bit blurry. |
