 | Sick Betta |
Soidfuf Hobbyist Posts: 101 Kudos: 52 Votes: 12 Registered: 25-Aug-2006   | My brother's Betta Acacius is sick. He is fairly certain it is constipation since he's been showing the signs for three weeks but he can't seem to make him any better. He has withheld food, done epsom salt baths, and tried to feed him peas without success. He has normal coloring. His spine is curved more than usual and his belly is swollen (which is usually signs of constipation). His swim bladders may not be working well because he appears to be having trouble swimming, floating, etc. He has barely eaten anything but the last time he did was last Thursday. Any ideas? |
