Yesterday i saw one of my TB. with a missing piece of his tail and on the end of his body a little white and when i checkt him this morning the tail is gone and the white is a lot whorse is this a disease or is he bin attackt by the other Barbs i have a school of 7

all my parameters are normal

some advice would be welcom

Despite tiger barbs being well known for fin-nipping, among their own species they usually attack the midbody. I would strongly suspect fungus/finrot is destroying the tail, try some meds and quarantine said fish if at all possible.
