i need serious help i have a 35 gallon tank and the fish have had ick since a week after i set it up and the temperature was fine and everything and ive been treating it with medicine and nothing is working please help

What fish have you got in there? And was the tank already cycled?

What medication are you using? And what are the parameters of your tank? For medication to work the fish have to not be stressed. If you tank is cycling then it will stress the fish out. Besides the introduction of new infected fish, ich is most common in stressed fish.

What is the temp of the tank? If it is below 85F think about slowly raising it. Are all the fish infected?

I have found that malachite green and methylene blue medications worked best on ich. Have a look at the active ingredients in your medication. However, I have always used them in a cycled tank. I also added salt- 1/2 teaspoon for every gallon. I'm not sure if this is recommended bu it worked for me.
