female Mandarin dissapeared after mating dance??????? | |
Terry UK Small Fry Posts: 2 Kudos: 2 Votes: 0 Registered: 11-Oct-2006 | I have 2 mandarins that have been getting along like a house on fire, they have just recently been performing the mating dance together for about a week or so. Now 'she' has dissapeared, is this normal?, do they retire to recoupe in a crevis somewhere or do i have to start taking my tank apart to remove a dead fish?, all the water levels are normal. Any idea's ?????? |

It's always possible in a live rock tank for a fish to die and be consumed by the various invertebrates. How long has it been since you last saw the mandarin? Out of curiosity, how does a house on fire get along? |
