I have had my female blue gourami for about 3 years. Over the past few months her tail fin has be deteriorating, like fin rot but not fast or completely. I tried some fungus clear, but it didn't help. This morning, her left eye was protruding very much. Also her mouth looked a bit swollen. Has she developed POP EYE?? Should I even try to quarantine her to save her?

I currently have a 50 gal tank using two pengiun mini pump system. The temp is about 78-80 degrees and the chemicals are normal.

In the tank are:
2 tin foil barbs
2 bala sharks
3 black tiger barbs
2 blue gouramis (including the sick one)
1 gold gourami
1 misc barb
1 pleco (new to the tank about 2 weeks)

Can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, as popeye can be poor water quality.
