despite our best efforts the fish in our cold water tank keep dying, the last one died on saturday, the local specialists are completly confused and have given us bio filters to see if that will show what the problem is, the ph and the nitrite levels etc are all normal, but yet again one of the fish has become sick, at the moment he is just sulking but he also seems swollen, (i have tried to upload a photo) does anyone have any idea what it could be...could it possibly be tb???[/font]

What size tank is it, what filter do you use, could the fish be constipated if so try a shelled pea, can the fish maintain it's balance in the water, does the fish scales stick out like a pinecomb.

How many fish do you keep in the tank, and what variety are they.

rancidmolly,
On the pic, post it using a link, not img tags .

On the fish. 90 litre is too small for goldfish. Shelled peas (mush them between you fingers to pop them from the skin and break them in half) will help with constipation. However that size tank is just too small to keep them in. If the scales are poking out @all that's a symptom of dropsy which is rather hard to cure.

How long has the tank been set up, and how long with the current stock. ?

^_^
