not much more to say other than they are in a 20 long with other fish, water parameters cannot be had at the moment, and also there is a sick zebra danio in the same tank

here are some picks of them
this one is on top of her head

this one is kinda hard to see, but it is right behind her vent, and wraps around the base of her tail

im sorry hte pics arnt great, but they were trying to hide from the males, they were taking advantage of their willingness and weakness (as you can tell in the pictures the males are sourounding them

Photos arent accessible.

If they're being harrassed move them to another tank, or set up a fry net. I'd do a water change ASAP, and if you have melafix on hand add some of that.

well, they are getting worse, o could realy use some help, i am now using pimafix and melafix, but the scales are popping up, but the girl with it on her head, the scales apear to be falling off, and what ever kind of infection appears to be eating into her head, she is acting normal though, i havent seen the other girl this morning though, but im not worried yet, the tank is heavily planted, and it usualy looks like i onlyhave like 5 guppies, insted of 10-12.

well the female with the lesion on her side actualy exploded

do NOT ask me how or why, but that would be how i found her shortly after death, big mess, there was no sign that another fish had been near her, i only found her, because the fish had moved away from that side of the tank, aparntly..they are scared it will happen to them...i guess sence no one can help, i better ready the toilet for a 3rd fish today, she is getting worse, i will get more pics soon.

The net against the glass helps abit but it still seems hard to see...sorry you lost them....

The scales are pineconeing ? that combined with lesions sounds to me like poor water. Any chance that the filters were off for a while in the past few weeks?

I'd keep up with the water changes, go daily even and the meds.
It's too bad we're not getting other posts on this *pokes FP members*

i still have the one pictured, but its so hard to get a pic of her, dont know why but all that white area, there are no scales, that is all dead flesh, and its still going into her head, im going out of town today, so if there is a quich reply on what med i should get it is important! i have lost all my breeding females! (atleast i will if i loose her

sence this is a new week, i will do this weeks water changes early too, hopefully it helps out a little, even if it just stops the infection, then i can have more time to try and heal the hole
