i have a 55 gal saltwater setup and it had ick like a month ago so i used quick cure and treated it and its all fine..i lost my only fish in there(picasso trigger) and now since there is no fish in the tank its still running and now i want to add some smaller saltwater fish including some invertebraes(inverts.SP?) but i heard that the stuff used to cure ick has copper in it which can supposely kill the inverts...so i was wondering if i add some new fish and inverts(starfish, hermit crabs, etc.) would the inverts. be okay since i havent added any more ick treatment for about a month so wud there be like excess copper in the water that may be harmful or wat?? just wanna no so i dont kill my inverts...Thanks! in advance...

yeh well i'd just perform succesive water changes until you can be sure its all gone. but realy you should treat fish in a hospital tank to aviod that very problem

Try rinsing out the gravel with a highly concentrated solution made from ick medicine. This should get rid of any remaining ick.
